I just wanted to say what positive experiences I have had at your dealership with 2 nice guys in service, Nick and Don, last year... I live in Louisiana and never take my car to the Nissan dealer down there. I have very few problems but you guys are just tops!

You will be pleased to know that I picked up my new car this evening. I test drove and fell in love with the 2010 Altima Coupe. Jay Johnson was very helpful and accommodating in helping me find the right car at the right price. The entire sales staff was most helpful. Guy was thorough and efficient in explaining financing options to me. I bought my 2000 Maxima at Grossman's in March 2001 and had it serviced at the dealership from the beginning. Don and Artie have always been courteous and professional. I had considered purchasing a new car elsewhere but the positive experience I have received at Grossman Nissan was the deciding factor. It is refreshing to know that a local dealership still has the best interest of the customer in mind.
